back camera from app doesn't open by default, if main camera is set to selfie camera, Android 9 #1029

  • react-native v0.57.0

Expected behaviour

When opening camera from app it should always open with back camera by default

Actual behaviour

When main camera set to selfie camera, then camera opens from app opens with selfie not with back. And when main camera again set to back then from app it opens back as expected

Steps to reproduce
1.Open main Camera from system, set it to front camera
2. Then open app , then open camera from app it will show front camera.
3. Minimize app, again set main camera to back camera , then open camera from app it will open back camera

did anyone find the solution to execute this scenario i need to do same with my app like to open the camera bydefault back view
