web3 is a bad word in the ruby community. you'll be ostracized if you support/use it. apparently that's why all the projects are dead

One of the women working on scheduling for Railsconf had a whole track dedicated to web3 and the community bullied her and RailsConf into public apology and removed it from the schedule

For the first time in my life I feel sorry and ashamed to be part of the Ruby/Rails community...
