Multi device support (switch between two android phones/devices)

I would like to request the addition of multi-device support to Juggluco. As a frequent user of the app on my phone, I find it very convenient. However, I would love to be able to continue using Juggluco on my full Android smartwatch, especially during physical activities or when I prefer to leave my phone at home. This would greatly enhance the app's usability and flexibility.
