功能建议快速开关拦截 #31

感谢作者的这个插件，省却了很多时间

建议：

将按钮单击改为快速开关"是否拦截"，然后通过 chrome.contextMenus 在右键中加入前往原先popup页的菜单项。

或者直接在右键中加入此功能

现在修改这个状态有点麻烦。
