Describe the bug
MQTT over TLS is not working, double-take always try to connect using plain MQTT regardless of configuration

Version of Double Take
v1.13.1-8e2728d

Expected behavior
MQTT over TLS connection.

Additional context
Protocol is hardcoded to be plain mqtt so the rest of tls configuration won't even be used.
#241 did not change that. PS: @konturn you might want to double check on you environment.
