Add "relative shading" and set it as the default. This looks at the spectrum of intensities of pixels and bases the resulting ascii on this scale rather than always from 0 to 65535. The result is slightly more dynamic ascii output, since the tool is more sensitive to small differences in intensity than the old 1:1 way.

Some command-line options have changed, making this non-backwards-compatible.

The image is now a positional argument.
