Not all places where an async method is awaited configures the await to not capture the original context (i.e. uses ConfigureAwait(false)). Microsoft recommends doing this for general purpose libraries:

ConfigureAwait(false) is used in some places, but because it is not used in the entire call tree the original context is captured anyway.
