Probably a terrible idea, but was thinking that we could expose options on tsdx create to bootstrap create-react-app, next, razzle, gatsby with typescript already setup. tsdx then becomes a one-stop-shop for typescript.

So I recently noticed that TSDX is actually mentioned in the TS docs 😮
