I recently cloned the master branch, and naively ran make on my MacOS system with the outdated version of GNU make. I was presented with the error as expected here, and went to run build/bootstrap/make, as per the Makefile output and the README documentation, but the binary is missing. It seems to have been removed in commit b73673e. Just wondering if I'm missing something?
I have since installed a recent version of GNU make and everything built fine, but I thought I should share just in case the documentation might need an update or something similar.
