CLI argument to skip auto-tagging/comment/title

Command line argument to disable auto-tagging/comment/title (or disable fetching)

Reasons:

• Title may be "Just a moment...", "Please Wait..." etc. due to anti-bot mechanism, which would require more actions in order to make an edit.
