Isocam Not WORKING in blender 4.1

I tried everything to apply isocam add on in my blender 2.9 and I failed. i tried many versions from ghitub but the same result: when i choose the zip file to install nothing happens. but when i choose the py script file then many new addons appears in the addons list but i cant find the isocam addons. thanks for help
