Dear Jaswinder,
Congrats for the great work!
I wonder if there is an option to switch off the drawing of both blue and green lines (representing pseudo-knots and/or non-canonical base pairs) across the whole secondary structure image.
I have quite long and complex structures, which would be great to also plot their images without printing those lines.
Please also let me know if you have any recommended RNA structure visualization tool that is able to read and plot your *.st output format, allowing users to graphically manipulate the structure.
I've tried some that are not capable of loading large molecules (> 1500 nt).
Thanks in advance for shedding any light,
Best regards,
Elton
