Support ssl-passthrough on [fabric] gateway

My team is standing a cluster of AMQs which are protected by ssl. We decided to use the fabric-gateway to allow port/host predictability for the client, but we just found out that it only supports ssl-offloading; not passthrough. We are in need of having ssl connectivity to the broker as there may be sensitive data in transit, and the AMQ brokers will be hosted in a multi-tenant setup.
