django-apscheduler is used in my project.
However, the project uses django 3.2, but this library doesn't support django 3.2 and django 4.0.

I want to run a test on a github actions when a pull request comes out to see if it works with django 3.2 and django 4.0.

Issue a PR to add tox.ini.
