Simplify functionality for the end user by moving editors and utilities to a Rich Client Platform.

Note: Release 1.x TIM application is an Eclipse IDE application. This full feature functionality was needed to provide a desktop environment to design and run BIRT reports. This Reporting functionality is associated with #5.
