The "project.lime.hxml" or "project.xml.hxml" file, which I have verified is generated on Mac is not generated on Windows. Due to this file not existing, I get "Default build file not valid: " followed by the full path to where the "project.lime.hxml" file would be. I can't run ":make" etc. in this state. If I create an empty "project.lime.hxml" file, then ":make" works correctly.

sorry for the delay, I'll look into this.

I can verify this. I've never seen this file before. Using gvim on Windows 8.1, 64 bit.

I've created a new project with HaxeFlixel tpl default, opened the project.xml file with gvim and navigated to the MenuState.hx. It asks for a build type, i choose neko 64 and try to build. That just works fine, but i can't build using :make when opening another .hx file. It does build when returning to the first file, where a build method was asked.

Also neocomplcache isn't working as it keeps complaining about a build file which can not be found.
