ssh-config outdated

I'm not sure if the dependency of open-ssh should go to the fork repo or upstream - but in any case it should be up to date, so here's the quick PR for that :-)

Currently this repo uses the outdated fork (version 4.3) which misses a bunch of fixes, see https://github.com/cyjake/ssh-config/blob/master/History.md

Thanks for the remainder, fork was just to add ts typings back then if I remember correctly, wanted to updated lately but typing were wrong cyjake/ssh-config#86, but it's fixed now 🎉

Yay, fixed as well / again and is part of a released version as well!
So I guess you'll replace the use of your fork (possibly archiving the repo) by the new upstream version in your extensions soon?
