Dynamic movable list of units

Right now we only see a static list of images, which represent the units.

Ideally this would be turned into a dynamic movable list that shows the units stats when hovered over, and would also highlight that unit when hovered over (when placed on the field);

The list should be sorted in the order the units are by initiative (when they are allowed to do stuff)
