Jenkins Core to 2.303.1 LTS excluded the SSHD Module and converted it to a plugin. It impacted the Git Server plugin that it is transiently loaded by the Pipeline: Global Libraries plugin. jenkinsci/git-server-plugin#24 fixes it in 1.10, but apparently 1.9 is bundled in Jenkinsfile Runner Vanilla Package

We can't fix it with the current bom setup until the plugin is available on all lines supported by bom

So just overriding Git Server will not work, right?
I mean pinning 1.9 in LTS baselines before 2.289. It might be less convenient for older LTS since they will freeze, but it should work. Or not?

The problem is that git server has a new mandatory dependency on sshd, sshd isn't available until ~2.289.1.

In order to add a new plugin it has to be available on all lines.
