We use Jenkins with latest version by default. This allows us to always have the latest and greatest plugin version.
Sometimes, latest breaks our JCasC. We need to rollback quickly, by pinning the version of the plugin.
The current process for that is to go in the plugin folder on JENKINS_HOME, remove the plugin.jpi file and run the plugin cli again. If we don't remove the jpi file before, this plugin manager will ignore the pinned version and install latest.
