The documentation doesn't mention testRule, which I found out about in #5157 (comment)

What is the expected behavior?

testRule to be mentioned in the documentation site under setup

Looking into it again, I finally found it's not a Jest thing as I assumed, but something made for stylelint themselves. Sorry for the noise!
