Similar to #9703

@jest/core/25.2.2/node_modules/@jest/core/build/cli/index.d.ts(7,13): error TS1005: '=' expected.

Bah, I just tested with pretty-format, not the whole of jest. Seems I missed package.json updates. Will fix

@sachinjoseph available in 25.2.3, sorry about the churn 😬 I've now added a test that the entire jest project can successfully be consumed by ts@3.4
