CHANGELOG

- Added ConsoleReporter, that works like an rspec report (prints dots and letters).
  Should work with Rhino [foca, Matthieu Riou]
- Changed Report "callbacks" to be beforeEach and afterEach. They receive the report
  as a parameter [foca]
- Change HTML report to a table, make multiple reports easy to use. Change reporter
  by setting Specs.report to the name of the class [foca]
- Allow Expectation.extend to work on instances instead of prototypable objects (?!)
  Add Context.expect as a shortcut to extend instances inside specs. [Michael Shuerig]
- Allow something.should have(N, "elements"). If something.elements doesn't exist, 
  then it assumes something is an enumerable and calles size/gets length of it to 
  compare with N [foca]
- Fixed rake's task to include matchers in the source when building a package [foca]

- Fixed (1).should(be(1)) to check if both are numbers, then return x == y, else x === y
  and patched Object.isNumber to check for instanceof if typeof doesn't work [foca]
