Unresponsive buttons after window resizing in Minimal theme

Describe the bug
When using the "Minimal" theme, resizing the window makes the control buttons in the top row unclickable (except zoom and undo groups).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open app.
2. Maximize window or change size of floating window by dragging it's corner.
3. Unable to click "Diagram" "Shapes" "Format" "Insert" or "Delete" buttons, they unresponsive.

Expected behavior
Buttons should work as before resizing.
