Max Packet Size #1291

Hi All,

Thanks to the help of folks here, I was able to get join requests working. Right now, my max packet size though is 9 bytes. I am looking to send closer to 32 bytes of data across in a single payload. I would have expected that the smallest maximum size based on this chart would be ~50 bytes.
