This is about Bulma.

Overview of the problem

This is about the Bulma CSS framework
I'm using Bulma version 0.7.5
My browser is: IE11

Description

IE11 progress bar indeterminate styling includes the default browser animation.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a progress bar element with no value in IE11.

Expected behavior

Progress bar should not include the browser animation, just the bulma one.

Actual behavior

progress-ie11
