Freeze orbit animation for users with @prefers-reduced-motion setting

Overview of the problem

Specifically this is about the Bulma.io home page.

This is also specifically regarding the home page splash design/animation.

I am sure this issue is not a duplicate

Description

When visiting the bulma.io home page with the Reduce Motion setting turned on, the orbiting animation auto-plays on loop.

It would be best to stop the animation from auto-playing and looping for users with this setting switched on.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check user settings in System Settings > Accessibility > Display and toggle on Reduce Motion (or equivalent setting in browser/other operating system)
2. Visit bulma.io

Expected behavior

No orbiting animation to play.

Actual behavior

Orbiting animation plays.

Good point. Just need to wrap the animations in that rule.
