This is the browser not allowing the header to be set, even though stream-http allows it as of #89

What behavior do you want in this case?

I guess It may reproduce on chrome old version. my use report this issue on Google Chrome 63.0.3239.84, Window 10. Could you add testcase on saucelabs?
