Add ability to set the IAM Role session duration #84

We'd like to set the IAM role session duration to be higher than the default 1 hour to help guard us against IAM service outages at AWS.

This value is configurable via https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-go/api/service/sts/#AssumeRoleInput in conjunction with https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/aws-resource-iam-role.html
