Current Behavior

I am using helm-secrets plugin for SOPS with AWS KMS using IRSA and encounter the following error

Group 0: FAILED
 arn:aws:kms:ap-south-1:MY_ACCOUNT_ID:key/mrk-1578797fc02549399339e21250393ab7: FAILED
  - | Error decrypting key: WebIdentityErr: failed to retrieve
   | credentials
   | caused by: ValidationError: Request ARN is invalid
   | status code: 400, request id:
   | 6d6288a6-0a91-419a-8280-1b35bf8178b9

Expected Behavior

The secrets should be decrypted by argo
