Write a one-off command that checks the validity of a raga

Should check that arohana is basically avarohana but in reverse (for melakarta)
Should check we don’t have duplicate arohanas/avarohanas in any ragas
Should check the names that aren’t accidentally duplicated anywhere either
The first letter should be uppercase (if we can detect that?)
