Reorder Torrent Queue

I would love a way to be able to reorder the torrent list like in vanilla transmission. Either by clicking and dragging all selected torrents or a right click menu option to move up/down.

Something similar was metioned on another issue before, however I never came to it.

I would love to do some kind of drag and drop solution here, but since the list can be sorted by all kinds of different values it might not make sense. Because of that I guess adding options to the context menu would make most sense. Depending on the sorting the torrents might then not move within the list at all, but they will download sooner or later based on the data stored in Transmission at least.

Can have a look at this at some point, but please be patient with me, this is just a hobby project for me and I don't spend all my time on this. ;)
