Theme does not load [solved] #91

When I run docker, the used theme does not load on the generated website. Everything is set on the config I gave the theme, theme folder exists and docker builds and runs without any problem.
I run it with CMD hugo server -b ${HUGO_BASE_URL} --bind=0.0.0.0
