Note: The first/second link end is drawn out of sector

Hello,

thank you for the great package. This is not an issue, it's just my question. Sorry if it's duplicated, I have tried to search the issues but couldn't find an answer.

While adding circos.link, I usually notice the message "Note: The first link end is drawn out of sector" or "Note: The second link end is drawn out of sector". Could you please help me to clarify what the note means? Does it mean something wrong with the way I define the coordinates or generating the "link"?
