UI Settings tab is missing, can't set Dark Mode

I have the latest version installed today. Under Maintenance I have only 4 tabs: Tools / Backup Restore / Logs / Multi-edit
I want to have access to UI settings as in Pi.Alert in order to set the Dark Mode.
Don't know what to do
Please advise

These settings have been moved to the Settings section -> UI Settings. See release notes in version v24.9.12 for details:
