Missing release descriptions

First, thanks for this lib. It saved me a bunch of time to implement this logic by myself.

I was updating the astro-seo to the latest version and while I was trying to see what has changed, I couldn't find anywhere the changelog description.

The release tag is empty:

Changelog is also empty:

https://github.com/jonasmerlin/astro-seo/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#075-2023-07-11

I saw you're using standard-version, so I'm not sure if it's a missing config or something.

If this tool is not working, I'd suggest using changesets, which works slight different but works perfectly.
