For a couple of weeks now I can't use the app because everytime I start GPS it stays in the "waiting for GPS" state wit "0/0 Satelites".
I never had this issue in the past. I tried to uninstall the app and then reinstall it but to no avail.

I'm using the app on a Samsung Galaxy A51 with Andoid version 13.

That could be a hardware problem.
The app use the standard interface to interact with Android GPS. 0/0 means that Android reports 0 locked out of 0 seen satellites.
