[BUG] delete document type not possible #1683

Describe the bug

The document type delete method hangs upon clicking on button delete for any listed document type.

To Reproduce

Go to Document Types
Click on actions/delete for specific document type
On appearing popup confirm delete dialog click on delete
nothing happens, document type still exists
new document type can be stored

Webserver logs

no output on DEBUG log

Relevant information

Host OS of the machine running paperless: Ubuntu 20.04
Browser Firefox
Version 1.5.0
Installation method: docker
No relevant configuration changes
