Why is GetBuilder's "global" property set to true by default ?

Hi, I would like to ask why is GetBuilder's "global" property set to true by default, and is there a way to set a default configuration for that specific property ?

Is it that "defaultGlobalState" property in GetMaterialApp ? if not what's that one's story ?

Also I'd like to know how does it fare against StatefulWidget, in the context of reusable components ? (both seem similarly mechanical to me)
