Segregating the packages to depend only on what the project uses

Hello,

Is there any reason for packing the different type of packages into a single package. Why it's not possible to depend on (pubspec ref) only the package the project is going to use.
I think this is better than packing everything together (respecting the release/reuse component principle and Common Reuse principle).
