Feature Request: Recode injection to improve performance

Recode the injection to something similar to what nAntiBot does:

• Add completely custom handlers that act before the server does
• If the packets are fine, pass them to the original handlers

Reason

• Resolves Bug Report: False positive with transaction check #391
• Resolves Feature Request: Hide "disconnected" and "read timed out" logs #371
• Resolves Feature Request: Invalidate IP entry in rate-limiter before transfer #365
• Fixes spam botting performance issues
• Allows Sonar developers to add more protocol-based checks
