What about four note / four string drop voicings?

As you may know, drop voicings is a great way to generate all kinds of usable chords for melodic comping, good voice leading, chord melody etc., and control what chord tone is in the bass, in the lead and so on.

Example: Drop 2, drop3, and drop 2&4 of G7

The Chordious Chord Finder will find all voicings of a chord within the parameters you set. It might be possible to sort them better, or let you filter out the ones that don't have the bass/lead characteristics you're looking for,
