[Bug]: Ice 0.10.1 release regression crash (Solution: BTT conflict)

Description

First of all can I just say how much I love this elegant little tool!
It has been working flawlessly away in the corner of my screen since I first installed it.

Steps to Reproduce

Today I was prompted to update it to 0.10.1 which I clicked through.
Everything seemed to go smoothly, but on running the updated version, when I click the Ice button '•' the app crashes.

If you can steer me towards the logs I can extract them, if that will help?

So in my own case, I think I have identified the conflict.
Through the process of elimination I removed all my menu bar items (force quit the apps) then added them in one by one.

I was getting a conflict with BetterTouchTool - a swiss army knife of Mac tweaks.

Specifically within BTT I remembered I had toyed with a menu bar tweak in there some time ago and found it.
DIsabling this tweak in BTT:

Which I had configured based on guidance on their forum one day when the alarm was being sounded about BarTender and I was looking for alternatives.

So yeah it is a regression bug, since this had been working happily away without issue in the previous versions.
An unsurprising bug, as two different tools attempt to tweak the menu icons.

Thought I would share my findings in case anyone else has a similar issue.

I can reproduce this. I'm going to reopen this, as even though there may be a conflict, it should never crash.

I think I've already got it worked out, but thank you regardless. I'm going to fix a couple more bugs, then I'll put out a new release with the fix.
