[Feature] Ability to "Only allow registered users to read pastes"

Hello,

We have setup a login possibility through Oauth and we would like to allow reading previous pastes only for logged users, not guest ones. Selecting the site private option does not really help because logged users also loose archive and recent pastes.

So we would like to be able to:

• select a Only allow registered users to read pastes option, similar to the "to paste" one, and
• remove the possibility of registering without a regular Oauth login (already asked by [Feature] Ability to disable user registration #136)

Also guest should not be able to see archives or recent pastes but also should not be allowed to read specific paste by guessing URLs (like /paste.php?id=22).
