Incorrect PCB Clearance (on thumb cluster + some walls)

The PCB Clearance is working again after #118
However I notived the cut in the thumb section, is not there.
The outer wall is not cut, to make clearance for the PCB.

Might need further investigation,
As inner solids are cut to accomodate the pcb. As well as some outer walls. But is seems not all walls are cut.

Interesting. The cuts are supposed to be the last step to ensure they get everything. I'm wondering if it got shifted by another change.
