Create/show a form to add
- School information
  - Phone
  - Email
  - Address
- Admin Info
  - First Name
  - Last Name
  - Mobile No.
- Login Info
  - Username
  - Password
  - Confirm Password
    Point to cover -
Add validation on form.
Check css
After submitting the form, save the data and redirect to same URL.
Adding Super Admin info profile
