How to setup congo theme by following the guide in README.md

First of all, thank you for creating this such an amazing theme @jpanther. It is what I am looking for; simple and minimal theme.

I have tried to follow this "Quick Start using Hugo" section in README.md and installation document to set up the congo theme and there must be something I am not doing right. Can you help me to figure out what i am potentially doing wrong?

Here is what I've tried.

# Create a hugo site
hugo new site mywebiste

# Add Congo theme as a submodule
cd mywebsite
git init
git submodule add -b stable https://github.com/jpanther/congo.git themes/congo

At this point, i checked that the Congo theme is installed successfully inside the hugo's themes directory.

I delete the config.toml file that contains the following configurations and

baseURL = 'http://example.org/'
languageCode = 'en-us'
title = 'My New Hugo Site'

copy the *.toml files from the themes/config/_default/*.toml files into the root directory.

My directory structure looks like the following now:

mywebsite/
├── archetypes/
├── assets/
├── config/_default/*toml files
├── content/
├── data/
├── layouts/
├── public/
├── static/
├── themes/config/...

If I go to localhost:1313, the page is not found.

Also, it would be nice to have a screenshot that shows what UI/UX to expect when Congo theme is successfully applied in installation document.

This turns out that it is due to my lack of understanding of Hugo usage. I will close this.
