Describe the bug
No error appears in the latest.log/console, but as my attached video demonstrates, the villager correctly shows me the desired output item, but when I click on the output item, it simply refunds me my two starting materials.

Something is causing a discrepancy between the item saved in the config and the ones you have in game. You can use Paper's dump item command and vanilla's entity data commands to find out what the difference is, and from there it can be further debugged, this is likely not a WanderingTrades issue but I will leave this open awaiting more details.
