Description

See: microsoft/vscode-mypy#105 and the workaround. This can be removed when this issue is fixed.

tl;dr: The mypy server was getting messed up with reading legacy stuff from vscode, so this line explicitly tells it to stop that. This should be fixed soon, but we put in the relevant workaround here: https://github.com/jsal13/dotfiles/blob/4445c8d26320c978a6ab0ecd70b523621fb74159/configs/settings.json#L659C1-L659C1
