Change the groupId as ownership changes. Proceed with consideration of uploading to Maven Central or transferring from existing repositories.

This is not neccessary, reverted.
Increment minor version to 1.10.0 Version 1.10.0 and change groupId #148
Upload version 1.10.0 to Meven Central with NEW groupId ( com.jsoizo )
- Update gradle to 8.0 or higher
  - Update KMP to 1.7.21
  - check backward compatibility with Kotlin/binary-compatibility-validator
- ~~[ ] Change the publish plugin for releases via Maven Central Portal~~
  - This was currently not possible due to several versioning reasons, so it is done by manual upload on Maven Central Portal
Upload version 1.10.0 to with OLD groupId with relocation pom
Update README Version 1.10.0 and change groupId #148
